Healthy Breakfast in less than 5 Minutes

It took me less than 5 minutes to make my healthiest meal for the day a Smoothie! Do you have 5 minutes to make a healthy meal? If your answer is no here is your solution!

  • 8-12 oz cup Almond Breeze Vanilla Sweetened Almond Milk 
  • 1 Scoop of ShapeWay All Natural Chemical Free Meal Replacement Protein 
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Turmeric Extract 
  • 2 teaspoon Organic Chia Seeds 
  • 3 teaspoon Raw Hemp Hearts.
